New Email Server Changes
As you may have noticed we have upgraded our Email Server recently, there are a few changes that will affect our customers that are used to managing their domain email accounts.
Most noticeably is the ability to add/delete/change email accounts thru an online administrative tool.
While Sephone, strives to provide many tools and conveniences to our customers, the administrative tool is now unavailable due to Server configurations.
We encourage you to go to Sephone.com and fill out the “Client Information” form located in the lower left hand corner of the page. You can request add/delete/change email accounts and add/delete/change vacation messages.
